Our seasonal spring course meal includes marinated firefly squid, rape blossoms, bamboo shoots, and tempura made with cherry shrimp.The course includes cherry sea bream served as sashimi, kombu-jime (dried in kelp), and scalded in water, making this an eel kaiseki course that makes full use of spring.Please use it for celebrations such as the Doll's Festival, Boys' Festival, and Mother's Day.
