[A gourmet experience of eel and sake that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant] We will be holding a pairing event of eel kaiseki and Nadagogo sake only on Saturday, March 22nd.We offer an "eel kaiseki course" and "sake" that matches the dish.This is a great value course that includes 7 dishes and 5 glasses of sake.This time we will be collaborating with Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.On the day, the brewer will give an explanation on sake pairings.
